This notice covers this website and its forms. It does not describe the Guru Athletics app, which handles team, roster, and practice information separately.
What We Collect
When you fill out a form, we receive what you enter: your name and email, plus details such as your role, sport, league or club, team count, school, interests, and any message.
How We Use It
We use form information to reply to you, to contact you about early access, league conversations, or joining the team, and to understand who is interested in Guru. We don’t sell it.
Who Else Handles It
Form submissions pass through the services that run this site and deliver its email, such as our hosting provider and email service. They process the information only to provide those services.
How Long We Keep It
We keep form information as long as we need it to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children through it.
